Diane’s approach to care

I established Born to Birth Prenatal to address the barriers perinatal families encounter in accessing maternity care.

My approach combines evidence-based education, practical tools, and individualized, empathetic support to empower confidence for labour, birth, postpartum, newborn care, and breastfeeding, creating positive birth experiences.

Placing the birthing person at the centre of care, I strongly believe in your innate ability to nurture and birth your baby.

My ultimate goal is to help boost your self-confidence and foster a positive self-image.
