Meagan’s approach to care
I became a nutritionist after experiencing the gaps in our healthcare system firsthand.
This led me to ask deeper questions of prevention, using food and holistic health as natural remedies to support our bodies. Our bodies and health are a part of a bigger picture when we choose to understand ourselves more deeply. I believe everything is connected. I offer support to my patients that are beyond macros and eating greens all day. Nourishment to me is what is most serving to the person in that moment to reduce anxiety, stress, guilt, and shame around food. Using energetic therapeutics of food alongside what’s constitutionally best for you individually, I offer simple adjustments & changes to your diet to support the bigger picture.
